At Derma Bright Clinic we treat a lot of pigment issues. We use several treatment options including AlumierMD peels, Alex Peels, LED light and as a last resort, lasers with Dr. Lucas Chey.

We recently added a new active medical-grade skin care line to our practice. AlumierMD is a highly effective, clean line from the UK and Canada. They specialize in treating skin issues, kind of like us! The synergy is great for us and we started by adding their peels:

Alumier BHA 20 – Acne 45 minutes $125
Alumier Glow Peel – Brightening 45 minutes $125
Alumier Renew 30 – Anti-aging 45 minutes $125

Peels are a great way to treat issues and incorporate into a regular skincare routine.

Hyperpigmentation is a common issue for many. What is it? It is characterized by the increased production and accumulation of melanin. This causes a dark appearance on the skin, either in small or large areas. People with darker skin are more prone to it as their skin naturally contains more melanin.

Luckily we have three fantastic AlumierMD products to help treat this issue:

  • Lightening Lotion 2% Hydroquinone

A lightweight serum that brightens the complexion and helps reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation. 2% Hydroquinone and peptides assist in reducing discoloration and evens skin tone. For the gradual fading, lightening of dark (browning) discoloration in the skin such as freckles, age and liver spots, melasma or browning from oral contraceptives. (for use only after childbirth and breastfeeding)

  • EvenTone Brightening Serum

EvenTone Brightening Serum is a lightweight serum that contains naturally powerful pigment inhibitors to help brighten the complexion. May also be used with Lightening Lotion for more resistant hyperpigmentation.

  • Intellibright Complex

Intellibright Complex is a lightweight serum that contains naturally powerful skin brightening agents like arbutin that work by different mechanisms to enhance results and resistance to new pigment formation. Evens skin tone and help to reduce the appearance of discoloration. Hydroquinone free. May also be used with Lightening Lotion for more resistant hyperpigmentation.
